Unless there are rules in sports, it will be 'Free for All' which is not at all desirable. Lot of rules have been enacted in sports to make it harder to win, rather than short cut way to achieve success.

That's a really good question. I'm not positive but I would say Basketball because travel foul double dribble over and back and twist ball
