always eat veggies to make you fit 'n right! drink milk too for stronger bones too!

remember: don't eat foods that will make poo before you play Badminton! it would make you feel uncomfortable! if you feel uncomfortable, there would be more less chance for you to win.

You could try ( and i got these general ideas from an issue of Seventeen magazine) eating something small like a small bowl of pasta or a sandwich a couple of hours before the game. Near the starting of the game, you could eat 15-20 jelly-beans to get energy. I don't know what you could eat after, maybe a small meal.
