A round circle trampoline, because you can jump freely end-to-end. An oval is just disgusting, since you can barely do your flips. And rectangle you can't go end-to-end, you have to leave a space because it's a rectangle, and you can only go horizontal and vertical, not diagonal, like a circle. Hope this helps. I'd say a round trampoline.

Gymnastics teaches you everything, parellel bars, balence beam and such, where tumbling focuses more on flips, and stunts. yes that is what it is. i take tumbling lessons and it is just floor exercises tumbling is more power tumbling and also includes double mini and trampoline
a gymnastic trampoline is used for a number of things for example it can be used for backhand springs. trampolines are also used for balance for example when u are tumbling ( on floors ) and you are doing lets say a backhand spring you need balance when you jump that's how a trampoline can be used.
Tumbling goes all the way back to ancient Persia, China, and Egypt, before AD. It was a form of entertainment in stage plays, operas, and circuses. The sport of tumbling itself began as a competition in the late 1800's. The first U.S. national competition on record was in 1886. It has been made part of the International Trampoline Federation and is the part of the world trampoline championships since 1976. Also, it is completed every four years at the world games.
