Deuce in tennis is when both the opponents, doubles, or singles, have "40" points in which is called deuce. After the deuce point, the match is either over, or you go into "add" scoring.
if the players are on a tie at any number that is called deuce
Deuce* If your playing a game with deuces and ads, and the game gets to a point where the server is at 40, and your at 30 and you win the point and then both are 40-40 ; Which is called deuce. then its ads from there.
Deuce is basically a way to win by two points in a match such as tennis or table tennis. You get an 'advantage' when you win your first point, and have to win the second point in order to win the game. If you lose your second point, it'll go back to deuce until somebody wins by two points.
This is often referred to as "No-Ad" in which at deuce the player to win the next point wins the game.
after you get deuce and the server wins the point. You call it 'ad in'
If at any point in the game where the receiving team has a break point (or Advantage in Ad-Scoring after a deuce), then it is called a break point.
The scoring is 0, 15, 30, 40. If each player has a score of 40-40 in a game, that is called deuce. The person to get the next point then has an "advantage." If the person is the server, then it is "ad-in". If they are not, it is "ad-out." That person must then win the next point in order to win the game. If they miss the next point and their opponent wins it, then the person with the advantage loses it and the score goes back to deuce. The first player to win two points in a row when at deuce, wins.
When you play tennis the score is love (0), 15, 30, 40, won. If both players are at 40 it is called deuce. Once you are at that stage the next person that gets a point gets advantage you only need one point the win once you are at advantige and if the other team gets the point you are back at deuce. There is no contact and was first played in the 19th century. you get a point by the other team hitting the ball out, not hitting it over the net, or the other team doesn't serve it right the first 2 tries.
I will interpret this question as asking which SIDE of the tennis court do you serve into first in tennis. The two halves of the tennis court are called "ad" (short for advantage) and "deuce." Your ad court is diagonal to your opponent's ad court and your deuce court is diagonal to your opponent's deuce court. You begin serving on your ad side diagonally into your opponent's ad side. If you are facing the net from the baseline, the ad side is the right and the deuce side is the left. In simpler terms, you start on the right side and serve diagonally into the left side of your opponent's court. This is a link to a tennis court diagram. Perhaps a visual will help better understand the answer to your question. It can be found on the related links.
30/30 in Tennisbecause it isn't at the point where you would normally win the game if you won the following point?.
It is either ad in or ad out. If the server won the point it is ad in and if the returner won the point then it is ad out.
