The fastest mile was run in 3:43.13 which is an average speed of 1/((43.13/60+3)/60) = 16.13 mph, but I'm not sure the fastest clocked speed.
Roger Bannister was the first person to run the 4 minute mile.
These have nothing to do with a man's top end running speed. A 9.58 100 Meter time translates to about 23.5 MPH but a sprinter will reach top speed at approx. the 60 meter mark. You would need a radar gun to catch his speed, at that moment, but only for a few short seconds. At his peak; Bob Hayes was clocked at 26 mph in the '60's so 27.89 mph is very possible for a sprinter nowadays.
Joel Zumaya... 102MPH ^^ 104 MPH, and the fastest humanly possible pitch anyone can throw based upon physics, is 105 MPH. That's the thing about physics. The fastest pitch, recognized by MLB was by Cincinnati Reds lefty phenom Aroldis Chapman. He was clocked at 105.1 MPH on September 25, 2010 in San Diego.
yea, got clocked, Was bare jokes tho..
1 hour and that was me
The fastest time anyone has ever beaten Pikmin is nine in-game days.
No. I have never known anyone who won. Those guys are pretty accurate. They clock the car from point A to point B and that is how they get you.

My family has not experienced any hurricanes, and therefore no one has achieved a fastest wind speed related to hurricanes.
Irish Wolfhound. They are born about 1 lb and are around 100 lbs at 1 year of age. There is a MASSIVE growth spurt at around 6 months, and a good 60-70 lbs are added over the next 6 months. They are also the tallest dog breed and one of the largest.
