10 grams... :D I just had to...
the nominal weight difference will only be critical to better players... a general rule is that younger players 30 or below typically swing a lighter 150-170gm stick while older players >30 usually fare better with a slightly weighty racquet. This is due to swing speed decreasing with age, and depending on the person. I would recommend googling some Racquetball merchants and taking advantage of demo programs if you are at a level that you think weight Can make a difference (I actually found out that a heavier racquet is not needed for me this way, I still hit harder with the light ones). Good luck!!!
Their difference is that a 15 gram ball is lighter than a 60 gram ball.
a gram=100kg a kilogram=1000g
A milligram is 1000th of a gram
The difference would be that 1 gram = 1000 milligrams, or 1 milligram = 0.001 gram.
They have different cell walls.
One gram=1000 milligrams, so the difference is 1000 minus 227.

"ml" stands for 'milliliter' ... a unit of volume, capacity, space. "gram" is a unit of mass.
0.1 gram is one tenth of a gram. ( you should always put '0' in front of the decimal point if it's less than 1 )
