There are four machines at a Bowling center.

The big one is the pinsetter. It does three things: sets a new rack of pins onto the lane deck at the start of the frame, sweeps pins from the lane after each ball is thrown, and returns balls to the bowler.

Next is the ball return. It lifts the ball from the return track to the ball rack, and holds balls not being played.

Third is the scoring machine, which does what its name implies.

And finally is the center control desk.

If you are referring to the pinsetter, A2 is a popular brand by Brunswick. If you are referring to a ball polisher machine, I prefer the Luster King series.
