This depends greatly on age / height / race and the type of gymnast. For example at our local gymnastics centre there is an Asian lady that does 'the floor' and is very petite and weighs 40 kilo's. Another lady that does the floor is Caucasian and weighs 52 kilos. a gentleman that does the horse weighs 89 kilo's. So as you can see there is a great variance. For a more specific answer you need a more specific question.

2 kids that start with the same innate talent might easily be at very different levels if one trains more frequently than the other.
There really is no average level for a certain age group. People start skating at different stages in their life. I started when I was about 3, and when I was 13 I was already on the senior level. It all just depends on how long you've been doing it.
I am a competitive figure skater and I am 5 feet 4 inches tall. I weigh 115lbs. Remember that as figure skaters, we have more muscle than fat which weights heavier. I can only speak for myself, but I would say I'm pretty average. Some will be heavier and some will be lighter. It all depends on your build too.
