Well my daughter is 10 and she ran it in 15.9 my 12 year old ran it in 16.7, but my 10 year old has been training for the Olympics since she was 4, so I recon the average time for a 12 year old is about 15-17 seconds. People who say it is 13 seconds are wrong, the fastest girl in my 12 year olds year is 13.9 and she is 4th in the country for under 13's.
