I should know I can do a pirouette! A pirouette is a handstand 180. First, you do a normal handstand, but before you come down you turn one hand 180 degrees, and then the other hand 180 degrees, and when you come down, you should be in the opposite position you were in when you started. If you are a right handed person, in your handstand you will turn you right hand first, then your left. if you are a left handed person, you will turn you left hand first, then your right. It takes ALOT of practice, but I practiced constantly in my gym and at my house and I now am an expert!
