A good time for the 200m is 26 seconds and under. Those who are most competitive run a 23 or 24. As for the 100m 12 seconds and under is great but 11 is amazing. Good Luck!
Honestly, I've seen 14 year old girls run it in 14 seconds. IF you're in HS looking to run a decent 100 meter, I'd say 12 - 14 seconds is great!
