A good time for a 12-year-old girl to swim 400 meters can vary depending on her experience and skill level. Competitive young swimmers might aim for times between 5:30 to 6:30 minutes, while recreational swimmers could take longer. Ultimately, individual progress and enjoyment of the sport are the most important factors.
Yes it is depending on how long you have been on swim team.... i have only been on it for a year and mine is 38 seconds, SWIM FAST.
30 seconds
My time is a 26.54 But im pretty fast for my age! an average time on my swim team is a 29.12 I'm on HAY Lightning Swim team ___________________________ Depends if its your first year or not. I'm 12 too, and its my first year. My 50m free time is 37.35 (I know it sucks) But I'm a distance swimmer, so my 100m free time is 1:24.13 (Which is good) So if its your first year expect to be around 39-32
you mean that the girl is older than you'''the good time is when there is a chance to be with one another,,,,,,,,,,or there is a field trip in your school.
A good time would be about 2:30. A great time would be a 2:20.
about 3 to 4 minutes
8 to 10 minutes Im a 12 year old girl and i do it in ruffly 5 mins so 8 to 10 mins would be for a non swimmer as i swim 4 hours a week.

yes.
Yeah i think its really good. I'm a 13 year old girl and my personal best for the 800m is 2.50.
I do not know for sure, but I am 13 years old in 7th grade, and I am the fastest girl in my gym class (many of them are not motivated that much). I just ran 100 meters today and got 16 seconds. I am starting track this year and our first real practice starts in 2 days, so I'll improve after I start track. But for average 13 year old girls is usually 20, I'd say.Answerer 2:A good 100m time for a 13 year old girl would be under 15seconds, but if you're serious about it and want to get in to state/regional, you should aim for at least under 14 seconds.(I'm 12 and I ran a 14.77 - It's not so great even for my age, I'm aiming to run a lower time- I just started track)
