For starters, Bowling shoes are a must. They're specially designed to permit a controlled slide while delivering the bowling ball - unlike rubber-soled sneakers, which can stop you short, not to mention leaving a dangerous rubber residue on the smooth wooden approach.

In order to release the ball properly, comfortable and loose-fitting clothing helps. Tight jeans would force you to take shorter, less-natural steps, while a tight shirt (or blouse) might stop you from swinging the ball freely.

Girls should wear leggings and maybe like a dressy top.

For both it doesent matter what shoes because you are going to wear bowling shoes anyway but maybe converse.

You don't want to wear something to dressy upped , like a dress, or a skirt. I would advise you too wear either:

distressed denim shorts, a cute tee, some gold necklaces, a couple of bracelets (preferably the thread ones) and wear you hair in a high messy ponytail. The ugly bowling shoes won't look too bad with this!

or

a cropped sweater, a small necklace, leggings and put your hair in loose curls if its long or bed head if it's short!

I think a glam tank top with white or black leggins with dolly shoes { never wear socks with dolly shoes they dont go ], but bring socks with you because you never know who's wore the shoes, because you have to rent bowling shoes. lots of love JESS xx

They have to wear trikots, short trousers and hard but clean shoes. In case they don´t like used shoes they buy them in a special shop with equitment.
