That is about 23.31 miles per hour, or 37.52 Kilometers per hour. The time i based it on was his world record setting run of 19.19 seconds in the world championships in 2009. During the Beijing Olympics he ran at a speed of 20.06 for hte gold medal with a speed of 22.3 mph and 35.89 kph.
