Power, in gymnastics is the ability to "explode" while doing certain skills. For example, to have power while tumbling would be like getting a lot of height of the the flip or on vault, power could be the quickness and force you use to push yourself on and over the vault. It often has to do with being well conditioned and having the strength to get the extra air/speed.
