A good time i believe would probably have to be a 1:18:00 - 1:25:00... so a minute and 18 seconds to 1 minute and 25 seconds!! because there are so many 7th and 8th grade kids who run the 400m dash from 1:12:00 down to 55 seconds!!
A good time for a 7th grade boy in the 400 meter dash typically ranges between 55 to 70 seconds, depending on the athlete's experience and training level. More competitive runners may aim for times closer to 55 seconds, while beginners might be around the 70-second mark. Ultimately, individual performance can vary widely based on factors like fitness and technique.
27-24
1min 10secs should be a good time
Yoshua Selvadurai ran 3 min 34 seconds when he was 13. This is a world record. I suggest taking your child to a professional trainer for entrance to the youth Olympics.
100 m: 14.9 200 m: 35.6 400 m: 1:26.4 these were my times and i made it for all these.
A good time for a 9 year old boy in the 400 dash is 1-1:15 minutes. If competing the time should be under 1 minute.
I would say a good long jump for an 8th grade boy would be anywhere from 16ft to 18ft and 20ft if your outrageously good Average is 12-15
An eighth grade girl. Especially if your school has a uniform!
good question, what about Legally Crazy or Proffesional Nutcases
Yes that seems pretty good but try training and aim to cut down 3 seconds every month. This seems slow but its a reasonable target! :)
a 11.9 and lower is a good time
yep mine was 5 44 in grade 6
