The medical term is "scapulohumeral" which refers to the shoulder blade (scapula) and the upper arm bone (humerus).
PULL THE WIPER UP, HAVE THE WIPER BLADE/ ARM HORIZONTAL, PUSH THE TAB THAT'S UNDERNEATH THE CENTER THE BLADE/ARM THAT'S ATTACHED TO THE MAIN ARM, THEN PULL THE BLADE/ARM DOWN. IT SHOULD DETACH FROM THE MAIN ARM AND LEAVE A "U" ATTACHEMENT EXPOSED.
It was when Stonewall Jackson was fatally wounded, having had his left arm amputated. Lee said "He has lost his left arm. But I have lost my right arm."
The wiper arm (not the wiper blade) has a u shape bend on the end of the arm. So you have to pull the arm away from the Jeep, then turn the blade a half turn, pivoting it around the end of the arm, then pushing down towards the bottom of the arm.

Not the day she lost the arm, but she has since then.
To replace the blade, it just unclips and the new blade clips on. To replace the wiper arm, the black cap at the base of the arm pops up and the arm can be unbolted.
To remove the wiper arm, first remove the wiper blade. After the blade is removed, lift the arm just slightly to clear the tab protruding from the side of the arm. Pull the tab out after it ckears the arm and then pull the arm off the hub.
You don't have to remove wiper arm. The wiper blade will slide out, It has a clicker in the center of the blade that you have to slide it out. Look at it very carefully
It's called "blade" or a "sail".
