A Golden Slam is when a player wins all four majors (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon, and US Open) and the gold medal in one year. As far as I know, Steffi Graf is the only person to have done this. People also sometimes refer to a "Career Golden Slam" which would be winning all the majors and a gold medal over the course of a career.
Don Budge has won 6 Grand Slam Singles Titles.
It's Steffi Graf - she has won 22 Grand Slam singles titles, including the Golden Slam (all four Grand Slams in a year + the Olympic Gold Medal in singles, in 1988). Martina Navaratilova has won the most number of doubles Grand Slam titles. She is also the leading winner of overall Grand Slam titles.
