Before every practice my coach has us do our warm-up routine. And all you do is jog in place, and march. Then, you stretch pretty much everything. To warm-up you just do anything that makes you loosen up! I hope this helped! =] We run ten laps, stretch, and the warm up basic tumbling skills, such as forward rolls, handstands, and cartwheels.
I know what we do cause I've been a cheerleader for almost 7 years now. They start with arm motions, then go to the routine or start teach you the routine. Also see if you are able to do stunts.
