The King Cobra hyersteel 9 wood has a 25 degree loft per manufacturer.
27 degrees - nicknamed "Ely Would" - after Ely Callaway.

According to several places a club with a 19 degree loft could be anything from a 4 wood to a 3 iron. So basically it might be a 4 or 5 wood as well as a 3 iron especially if its a 3 iron hybrid.
The main differences are a fairway wood has a smaller head, more loft and a shorter shaft. Obviously the driver has a larger head to a maximum of 460cc, a loft of mainly 8.5 to 10.5 degrees, and a shaft which can be around 44-46 inches long.

In theory you should hit the 5 wood farther. This is due to the less loft and longer shaft.
An 11 wood is a highly lofted fairway wood. They are extremely rare, but you would find one with about 27 degrees of loft. It could be used to replace a five iron, but most people would prefer a hybrid.
Go to the individual manufacturers website and you will be able to see from there. Be aware that the lofts sometimes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
