After 10 years of riding in all kinds of conditions, here are the rules I go by: # Bright/sunny = Dark # Twilight = Yellow # Overcast = Orange Sunglass manufacturers generally recommend the same. OR none at all as water and spay on the lenses severely reduce visibility when it is most needed on wet and slippery roads.
