You may have a piece of debris from the manufacturing process in the head, or the shaft. Or the head could be loose.I recently had the same problem. brand new driver first day. Tapped the shaft to the floor to see if possible whatever was rattling could be seen through the bottom of the grip. Yep, a piece of green plastic, like a o ring the diameter of a pencil but very thin (1/16 "). Removed with needle nose pliers. done.
