Looking at the spec it's at the lower end of the scale. It should do OK as an exercise/commuter bike, but you won't see many of them lined up for races.
Tri, as in triplet.
Can be a road bike, a Tri bike, a TT bike or a track bike.
Tri bikes are available in different frame sizes, just as the other bike versions.
Not really. Tri stuff is focused on getting good areodynamics, at the cost of manouverability and vision - not a good deal if you want to do road riding in traffic.
Well, a real Tri bike would obviously be best. but an ordinary road bike will be fine too.
tri means three as in a 'tri'cycle a three wheeled bike 'tri'angle as in three angled shape a triangle has three angles so they used tri because it means three

When choosing tri bikes for kids, important factors to consider include the size and fit of the bike, the weight of the bike, the quality of the components, the child's skill level and experience, and the budget for the purchase. It is also important to ensure that the bike is safe and comfortable for the child to ride.
Now, I'm no expert, but I think a bike must have 2 tyres because thats what divides something like a bike with a tricycle. The long name for a bike is bicycle, bi-meaning 2. The same with tricycle, tri-means 3. Or a quad-bike, quad, meaning 4. However, scooters have 2 wheels as well, so I think what divides scooters and bikes is the fact bikes pedal and have chains and sprockets and with scooters you have to push.
