DK stands for Dad and Kids
yer probably because its a street bike
It depends on it's intended use. I use a GL for jumping. The Fury is a good race bike for the smaller rider imo.
Go onto DANSCOMP.com and become a member its free plus you get a monthly catalog and it gives you great discounts. Look for a nice 18" bike i recomend a DK or something of that sort.
DK Cincinnati bikes are just fine for riding around and doing small stunts. The frame is not built to withstand hard hits.
The Black Eye Renegade is a much better bike. It is lighter and more durable.
On danscomp it 25.9 pounds.
other good comps- dk, stolens are good but expensive, easterns. for a good bike selection go to danscomp.com
A dirt racing bmx bike is the lightest....If you are looking for type, then maybe haro, dk, redlines are light but I don't recommend redlines, its kind of a feel type thing.the lightest bike ever is KHE (brand) but really good light bikes are sunday and untied and redlines arnt bad at all theyre are the prefered bike of the DewTour and xgames
i dk
If you mean "Are DK's good in arenas". Yes, in my opinion dk's are the most op pvp class as of cata.
Hyper bikes are better than mongoose bikes. If you are specifically asking about the hyper bike at Walmart. Yes, it is better than any mongoose! The weight is still a bit heavy. However it's a great starter bike for bmx! If your not sure your gonna like it or not. After a year we moved the kids up to redlines. If your looking for a bike for around town I would still recommend it over the mongoose!
