If your thinking of the word divot -" Golf . a piece of turf gouged out with a club in making a stroke."

I would say no because dictionary.com only says it is a noun.

If it were a verb you could add -ed to the end and say you had "divoted" something.

Also spell check doesn't think it's a word either.

However, English is a dynamic language. When you say something is 'divoted' to a friend, do they understand what you mean? Does the word clearly express the thing you are trying to express? Then it might as well be considered a word. Dictionaries are there to document the extant language, not limit it for future development and evolution.
