You are skinny, and might want to eat some extra food! Chinese with all the veggies is good for you and the pasta and rice is good if your working out all the time. It helps keep your energy levels up, and you bowels moving.

But, if your really working out, plus your healthy and fully hydrated. If you are comfortable in your body, and feel good physically, then you might be right at your working weight. Keep your eyes on your own health and not the scales, that is the best indicator. Aim for a great set/performance, not a set weight.
