It depends on what you have. If it's just a springer and some 140 spoke rims, not much.

Sadly, It's not the Schwinn part that makes a lowrider valuable, it's the parts. The quality of the parts, and the plating on the parts are extremely important. Design is the most important thing, but being on a Schwinn frame doesn't hurt though.

Here's the deal though, you are never going to get out of your bike what you put into it. It's used.

If you build custom for other people by order, then you can make some coin and build your rep as a customizer.

Enter a few shows, show your product. Better yet, win a few and sell out big.
