It depends. In juniors its 2 out of 3. Meaning you play 2 sets and if you split you can either play another set or a 10 point tiebreaker. Or if you want to play like the professionals they play 3 out of 5 sets. To win you have to win 3 sets.

For Mens you need to win three games to win but for women it is only two

That depends on where you play. In Grand Slams, you play best of 5 sets (first to 3) in the mens section. In the woman's section, you always play best of 3 sets (first to 2).
