The answer depends on who is playing.
For Men's singles and doubles, whoever reaches 15 wins the game. For women's singles, a score of 11 wins.
If the score becomes tied when nearing the winning score (14 all for men's and doubles, 10 all for women's singles), whichever side reached the 14 (10) score first decides whether to continue the game ('set') to 15 (11) or continue playing by resetting the goal for the winning score to 17 (13).
Usually 21 points in a game and first to that point wins that set. usually there are three sets, win 2 you win or drawing so you have to play for the final set. Also if you are on 20 - 20, you have two be two clear points ahead. (i think thats right. check online too)
