The weight loss could be up to 2 pounds per week for the first 3 to 4 weeks. The weight will than plateau. This is because the body will eventually adapt to these type of cardio exercise. Eventually, it will come to a point where the body will be in balance and there is almost no weight loss.
If you do high impact aerobics several times per week, you can lose that weight fast. You can also try jogging.
I not sure, but I don't see why you wouldn't.
Losing weight is effected by your eating habits and your physical exercise. If you run 4.5 miles 5x a week and are consuming too many calories every day you will not lose any weight.
Jean Nidetch began inviting friends into her Queens home once a week, to discuss how best to lose weight.
starve
It depends on the type of workout you do those 3 days. If you do exercises that can burn calories like tread mill, elliptical, jogging then you may burn the excess calories that are required to lose weight. If you do not train hard and burn calories you will not be able to lose weight.
They will both improve your overall fitness. Running and jogging may also help you lose weight if you continue to do it a few times a week.
You can lose up to 10 pound a week by doing that :)
I'm assuming this question is asking if jogging helps weight loss or causes weight gain... Jogging will aide weight loss by the simple fact that you burn calories while running. It is a fantastic way to begin a workout regimen, any activity is good activity However, it will only have a drastic affect on fat loss if you are currently inactive. In the long run, jogging is not the most effective way to lose fat and keep it off. This is because 1.) Once your body gets used to jogging at a steady pace, your weight loss will plateau. Once this happens (which for an average person will only be a couple of weeks) you will have to drastically increase speed and/or distance. After a year of jogging, for instance, you would need to be practically sprinting several miles to maintain your weight. 2.) Jogging/Running causes your body to use your muscles as fuel sources, this in turn significantly lowers your metabolism over time. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn just by living. Therefore, if you are serious about wanting to lose weight, it would be in your best interest to strength train at least 3 days a week with a day in between each session. On those days in between cardio will speed the fat loss process. The best kind of cardio is interval training which constantly changes the speed and intensity of the workout. This can be running with sprints mixed in, or you could do something else such as kick boxing, spinning, etc.
around 2-3 pounds is normal but if you lose too much weight at once it will be put back on easily
Liposuction
Sorry, a week is just not long enough to tone or lose weight using any healthy methods.
