It takes around 15 minutes for one bowler to bowl one game. Two bowlers can bowl one game in 30 minutes. Less if they bowl a lot of strikes and longer if they don't.

might be longer if the boler throws strikes all the time

Ten Pin Bowling consists of ten frames of bowling. Each frame of bowling consists of two shots to knock all ten pins down. If you knock all ten pins down on your first shot, then you only get the one shot for the frame. In the tenth frame, if you knock all ten pins down on your first shot, you get two more shots. In the tenth frame if it takes you two shots to knock down all ten pins, then you get one more shot.

In league play, the duration is ten frames per game for three gamers total per bowler. Most teams consisting of four to five bowlers or players and takes between two to three hours depending on pace of play and scoring ability of the bowlers.

The time will depend on the number of strikes bowled, the speed of the pinsetter, the speed of the ball return system and the general speed of the player in how long it takes to prepare and throw the ball.
