Nolan was 50 years old when he ran 4:27.9 on 12/2/00.

well im not an expert but i would say about 7:30 to 11:00 seconds

That would be 4:36.94, run by Richard Burns on 12/06/10 in Portland, OR.

I just turned 40 and exercise regularly (3 times a week). I can run 2 miles in 12:40 so I could do just 1 mile in about 6:20 or so.
