How does Mo Farah worship?

Star athlete Mo Farah was born in Somalia but educated in England. He is a Muslim, but seems to be very moderate in his practice and in his attitudes. His wife does not wear the hijab, nor does his daughter. But by his own account, Islam is very important as a centering force in his life, and he prays before each race, as well praying to express gratitude for his success.
