The first thing you need to do is clean your cart. Be sure to clean the entire cart. Then remove the restrictor bar under the gas pedal using screwdriver. Afterwhich, remove all racks and accessories from the cart to allow for a sleeker design. Open the seat of your cart and look for the cylindrical carburetor and T-shaped metal. Using a Duct Tape, fasten the carburetor using duct tape. Lastly, remove the tires on the cart and replace them with larger tires so that the speed will be faster to higher level.
I need a picture of the battery cables wired to the batteries on a 1982 golf club car
If I were doing it, I'd wire it in direct to the battery, and install a fuse in the wire somewhere (somewhere accessible) between the battery and the switch for the lights.
Should be just inside the front grill (its a small round thing with one wire)
Pin 1 - Battery + Pin 2 - Battery - Pin 3 - Output Signal - May not be needed Pin 4 - Keyswitch. Turns display off when key is off. Can be wired to Battery + if you want it on at all times.
You must have a loose, damaged, or touching wire either on the battery or on the switch that switches between forward and reverse.
scroll down on this website, should be everything you need....... http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/electric-ezgo/1536-basic-ezgo-electric-golf-cart-wiring-manuals.html
Open the seat and look on top of the left rear tire well. It has a four wire plug. You may find it easy to remove by loosening the two ten mill. hex head screws which are found above the left rear tire. Hope this helps.
what is the voltage of your batteries and how many volts do need to run the golf cart?for example: you have six 12V batteries and you need 24V to run the golf cart then:Set the batteries in pairs, for each pair run a wire from the one positive terminal of battery one to the one negative terminal of battery two, leave the other terminal of each battery alone. now you have created three 24V batteries.Next you need to connect all batteries to the golf cart to use their power.take set one of the the three sets of batteries and connect the free positive terminal " not connected to the other battery" and connected to the golf cart positive connection, the same goes for the negative.do the same for the other two sets.
No, a two-wire horn cannot directly replace a three-wire horn. The extra wire in the three-wire system is usually used to trigger different sound patterns or tones, which a two-wire horn cannot replicate.
The Renault car does not come with a hot wired car horn. However, you can splice the wire and hot wire the horn yourself.
I simply wire bristled at a slow speed , the tag, on the motor revealing a number combo 08/78 (August 1978) Good Luck
I used to have a replica on my pickup. All you have to do is have a hot wire that is connected to a aluxary switch to the horn. The horn must have a good mounting for a ground or a ground wire.
