The Donic Adjustable Weight System is very simple to you, it is given in the instruction on the cover as well. Twist the plastic at the end of the handle in the direction marked in the plate, pull it out. Rectangular weight must be in the last slot which is end of handle by default. There are three slots, place it the slot which you would like to assist you handle the bat better.
