Sprains are very common. I train 4 days a week as well and I sprained my ankle about a year ago. Sprains are know to be worse then a break, but not to worry, wrist sprains heal quicker then ankle. I would advise just taking a week or maybe just a few days off of gym and when you go back wear a wrist guard (you can find them at Wal-Mart) to help ease the pain. Be patient, It takes TIME. Also: ICE ICE ICE. If you ice and stretch it 4 to 5 times a day you will get better quicker. One more thing: don't be to eager to stop wearing your wrist guard. If it still hurts WEAR IT! I'm still wearing my ankle brace and its been a year.)

A mild sprain - actually any sprain - is very dependent on your age. If you're under 25, a mild sprain should be healed completely in 10 days. If you're past fifty, the same mild sprain will take a month to heal.
Yes i can play
if you don't stretch then when you are having sex, then you will sprain you self and then you can't have sex for days
I recently broke my wrist and thankfully a doctor was walking her dogs and thought I had sprained it. She said to put it into a sling and keep ice wrapped in a tea towel on it until the pain ceases. It should heal in around a few days. The trick is to keep ice on it even when it starts to burn. Keep it constantly supported and if the ice burning becomes to much wrap it in something thicker.
It's if you've stepped or landed hard on your foot and caused it to sort of twist underneath you. Nothing is broken, but it's pulled hard on the tendons and the parts of the joint. There's usually swelling, and tenderness and there might be some discoloration. With some rest and the use of a supporting bandage it's usually OK after a few days.
About 2 weeks to a month. I slightly dislocated my wrist and its kinda hard to type with this splint on. But if its slightly dislocated like mine, I would wear a splint for 1-3 weeks. I'm not a doctor but if you did dislocate it and it's really bad, please see a doctor.
Anywhere from 3 days to a week if you don't aggravate it often. It also depends on where it is on the body.
yes, your wrist ligements are tense so you best give them a break for a day or two.
You can trick or treat at Mickey's Halloween Party. It is a separately ticketed event that runs through October on select days.
