You will want to have one hand on their wrists (the one closest to you that is on the bar) and as the gymnasts circles around the bar, help them move their wrist. This will help the gymnast develop a sense of when to move the hands around. As the gymnast begins to approach the top of the bar again, put your hand on her back and help her over the bar. If you wish, you may want to have one hand on her back leg instead of her wrist.

Gymnastics is a VERY tuff sport, seeing as i am an elite gymnast, i can tell you, if you stick your landings, and stick to gymnastics, you will soon tell that with some spot, and some pride, you will be just like me, an elite gymnast !
In gymnastics there really isn't any stunts. That's more of a Cheerleading thing. You may mean having a coach spot you when you say "stunt" and in that case there are alot of stunts in gymnastics!

a back hip circle? a back hip circle is on the bars in gymnastics and is a basic skill that beginning gymnast learn you rotate all the way around the bar look it up on you tube if needed
