The only way to do this in my opinion is to train hard. You could train in many different ways but while you train you should either push yourself every time you practice on hard days and on recovery days do a good pace but not race.Or have someone help you while you run to like let them get behind you and keep pushing you until eventually they don't need to do that.
as a 7th grader he ran a 1:59 as a freshman he ran a 1:55
1:59:09
55 minutes in the air 1:05 gate to gate
Wilson Kipketer 1:41.24.
1 > 0.051 < 55 = 051 < 05
you have to run about a 1:50-1:55 to get into a d1 college, and for a d2 about 2:00- 1:55
well if you really want to then @ practice actually run and then ur time will drop
I have a feeling in the uk it's 1:54 which is crazy!
1 :46 for "A" standard and 1:48 for "B" standard. "B" is like a alt.
