From the research I have done, it appears to me that there is no way of pre-booking tickets, unless they are debenture seats, which are the most expensive tickets. But by entering the public ballot you can win tickets, but it is unlikely that you will win and you do not get to decide what day you want to go on. The only real option for getting tickets is to queue up on the day. But if you want to buy centre court or court 1 tickets, for the best chance of actually purchasing ticket, you will need to queue up the night before.
