Work on getting x-ups prefect first, then try it.

Start to twist the bars, but also at the same time, push your hips towards the back of the bike. Then, straighten your legs out as quickly as possible, and push the bars so they are next to your hip.

It will take a while, but keep at it.

to 180 you have to be able to bunny hop when you bunny hop it has to be hight when you do twist your head round to the left or right and if its a lite bike it sould go with you note: you have to pull round with lots of speed and strength
