It's quite simple, its abit like a cartwheel but instead of landing with one foot at a time you land with two feet together. I have done gymnastics for 4 years and have found it quite easy, so once you get the hang of it you should find very easy too. =)

Start with your arms on your ears and your favorite leg in front in a lunge body position. Then place place your and sideways on the floor one at a time. If you have your right leg in front as your starting position, your right hand will be the first hand to approach the floor. Then kick your legs over the top (toward the ceiling) and land on two feet. It is just like a cartwheel but your legs come together midway. You should land with your knees bent and your hands above your head.
