First do a stretch by laying flat on you stomach, then use your arms to push your chest off the ground. You can do other stretches like the bridge and pretzel. When you feel ready go to a mat or soft surface and start on your knees. You can put your hands two ways:
1. At the front of your body and wrists bent, hands flat.
2. At the sides of your body and hands flat, palms facing forwards.
I suggest trying the first one to start because it helps cushion your roll, but when you are ready try the second one, it works better for most people.
When you are kneeling just roll down to your chest, it might take practice to do this. Then to help push your legs over push hard with your hands. The 2nd hand position works better for this.
Warning- Don't go too far, it could really hurt.
- Try to have control of your legs, you could flips over unexpectedly.
- Wear pants with no button because they can dig into you stomach.
Good luck! Hope I helped.
