Contact Browning Customer service through their website, and request an owner's manual.
Move the safety forward to the 'fire' position, then open the bolt. As you are sliding the bolt to the open position, pulling the trigger will allow the bolt to be removed.
To remove the bolt on a British Enfield: Open the bolt and pull to the rear as far as possible. Grasp the protruding part of the bolt face and rotate it upward. Pull the bolt out while pressing the trigger. I don't recommend disassembling the bolt.
Best to ask a gunsmith for help
14ft lbs ea. according to the Toyota service manual it is 58 ft/lbs this for clean dry bolts make sure also to clean out the bolt holes in the engine block before assembly
Do you not have an owner's manual? Have you tried an internet search on "rifle cleaning procedures"?
With MOST bolt action rifles, empty the weapon, check that it is clear, take safety off, open the bolt, draw to the rear, depress and hold trigger, and bolt can be withdrawn. A few require the trigger be pushed forward.
