∙ 11y agoNormally, it can be done by closing the throttle plate or closing another plate downstream towards the engine. And oftentimes, you just have to reconnect the cable without intervening linkage. This happen when the throttle cable from the gas pedal sends a "request" to a spring-loaded linkage that it counteracted by the fan-driven governor.
If there is a governor plate downstream between carb and engine, remove it and its shaft, and plug the shaft holes with screws.

Get a gas powered motor and connect where electric one was.
Electric, save money by using electric and the charge will last long. The gas golf cart may go faster though.
No
You can make an electric club car golf cart go faster by purchasing a more efficient engine. An engine that has full force power can help the club car go faster.
an electric motor drives the cart, similar to an electric car or a gocart.
When a horse applies more force to a cart, the speed of the cart will increase. This is due to Newton's second law of motion, which states that the acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the force applied to it. So, the greater the force applied by the horse, the faster the cart will accelerate and increase in speed.
V = 10cm/2s = 5cm/s Therefore, the cart's speed is 5cm/s.
If the cart is moving at a constant speed in a straight line, it is in uniform motion. If the cart is changing its speed or direction, it is accelerating.
What you arereferring to is a manual transmission car. Golf carts are electric. there is no clutch in a golf cart.
