It depends on what you are using for bait. No really, as you are just about to release the ball (beside your ankle) rotate your hand at the wrist from under the ball to the SIDE of the ball. You should do this just before you let the ball go down the lane so that it will spin as it goes. This needs to be done smoothly and it will take some practice but it helps get those strikes.
