It's all in how you do it. I don't personally have experience with competitive gymnastics, but considering its often a 20-hour/week thing, I would imagine it is.
I did recreational gymnastics for 10 years, 1-4 hours a week, and I didn't find it stressful, because I was free to go at my own pace.
Gymnastics is definitely a sport!! And it's one of the hardest sports out there!!
gymnastics. oh how i hate gymnastics even though gymnastics isn't excatly a sport , but i don't actually think there is a sport which focuses on flexibility
Yes gymnastics is the best sport and more gutsy if gymnastics was easy it would be called football hehe:)
There is no definitive answer to what the most stressful sport in the world is, as it can vary depending on individual preferences and experiences. Sports like gymnastics, alpine skiing, and mixed martial arts are often considered to be highly stressful due to the physical demands, mental focus required, and potential for injury. Ultimately, the level of stress in a sport can be influenced by factors such as competition, pressure to perform, and the individual athlete's mindset.
no there are much harder but since gymnastics is such a popular sport you have a lot of pressure. Dance is hard but not a olympic sport

no
The International Gymnastics Federation first accepted rythmic gymnastics as a sport in 1962. In 1963 it had its first world championships. In 1984 it was in the Olympics as an individual sport and in 1996 as a team sport.
Well gymnastics is a sport, but the funny thing is cheerleading is not and in cheerleading you do gymnastics.
Many people associate gymnastics with flexibility. Girls are generally more flexible than boys so they think that boys can't do gymnastics. Actually gymnastics is more about your strength and ability to endure.
