∙ 14y agowell in the 100, anthing under 15 is awesome, or anything close to it. The 200 i am not sure of and the 400 should be a sprint the whole time, good scores or under a minute
5s-6s is an amazing time. but 6.6s - 7.6s is pretty good

I don't know how the standards are for a SC high school but where I am 2:30 and below is when the times start to get good for girls and 2:10 and below for guys.
