Jogging is a good way to start loosing weight as you can jogg the same distance as if you were to run but without being so tired. i would advise that if you were on a diet to begin by jogging a little way every day and going swimming or to the gym once or twice a week. if that is not an option then investing in a wii fit is a very good way to become healthier. you can set yourself targets and do yoga, balance activaties, aerobic activaties and more.
