The simple answer is this: YES. The only problem is HOW MUCH he taking. I can look at a Jamaican in the face and tell them Usain Bolt is on steroids. The reason I am so sure is because every athlete that every ran did. Carl Lewis, 9 time Olympic Gold medalist, took steroids but did not get banned because of the quantity he took. He was not banned fo that reason. On the other had, Ben Johnson did take steroids and alot more that Carl Lewis. If you ever see Ben Johnson today, you would could tell right away. He quoted that he took it because if he did not, he would not have kept up with them boys. It is what you can do alongside dope that makes you the best. Sorry Ben, that true, but don't overdose. Carl Lewis failed 3 doping test and Ben Johnson only fail 1. Yet it was quantity that made Ben Johnson The Biggest Loser.
