Any ball you want really. A spin ball would be ideal, because you have a fast swing speed you will get distance anyway and not need a distance ball. A Pro V 1 or Taylormade TP would be a good ball for you.

Yes. You will get the ball to squish into the face better if you have a slower clubhead speed than a power hitter.
